摘要
总装检测线承担整车下线性能检测任务,是整车出厂前的质量保证。为确保整车下线检测需求以及与之相匹配的检测工艺与装备,详细介绍了乘用车总装车间检测线的工艺分析、工艺设计原则、工艺流程及工位布置等工艺设计及应用。通过工艺分析将乘用车新增检测需求与传统检测线工艺相融合,以节拍提升为主旨进行检测线的工艺流程设计与工位布置。
The inspecting line in assembling workshop is used for the vehicle performance testing and to ensure its quality. To meets the requirements of offline testing, inspection and equipment, this paper introduces passenger vehicle assembly line inspection process design and application, including process analysis, design principle flow and position arrangement. On the basis of process analysis, new inspecting standard is integrated with the traditional technology in process flow and position arrangement design with the aim of reducing the cycle time.
