提高超高速机M8-H1000设备有效作业率的研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了解决M8-H1000超高速机操作维修经验不足、零备件采购周期长、维护保养制度不完善、生产效率低等问题,发挥设备维修、管理与"降本增效"的更大效能,合理运用APS维保、PDCA、防差错等技术,从维修和管理入手,制定M8-H1000机组APS维保培训方案,逐步实现自主维修管理;运用PDCA方法简化零备件采购环节,避免了进口件订购供货周期长、价格昂贵等问题。运用防差错方法加强了维护保养,完善了维护保养制度;通过实际应用的验证表明:提高了维修工自主维修的水平、缩短了零备件采购周期,提高了M8-H1000设备的有效作业率。 ln order to solve lack experience of M8-H1000 ultra speed machine operation and maintenance, long cycle of purchasing its spare parts, imperfect maintenance system and low production efficiency and give play to the equipment maintenance, manage-ment and “cutting cost and increasing” efficiency funciton, this paper reasonably uses the APS maintenance, PDCA, preventing er-rors and other technology to draw up M8 - H1000 APS maintenance crew training plan for its maintenance and management. The ac-tual application shows that the level of the maintainer s own maintenance is emproved and the spare parts purchasing cycle is short-ened, thus improving the M8 - H1000 equipment operation efficiency effectively.
