摘要
利用ANSYS Workbench对5000KN连续驱动摩擦焊机自动上料装置进行有限元分析。根据分析结果对钢爪、铝导杆支撑架、车架部分结构优化。优化结果表明,在自动上料装置最大应力、变形都有所降低的前提下,质量明显减少,结构更平稳,可靠性提高。
ANSYS Workbench is used to make the finite element analysis of automatic feeding device of 5000 KN continuous drive friction welding machine. According to the results of analysis, the structure optimization of steel claw, aluminum guide rod supporting frame and frame is accomplished. The optimization results indicate that on the premise that the maximum stress and deformation of the automatic feeding device are lowered, its weight is reduced significantly and the stability and reliability of the structure are im-proved .
