摘要
砂轮架作为磨齿机的磨削部分,其动态性能对磨齿机的磨削精度起到关键性作用。利用ANSYS14.0软件对内磨齿机砂轮架进行建模,然后对其进行动态分析,并找出其设计的不足,最后对其进行了优化设计,保证了其磨削精度的同时还减轻了质量,节约成本,计算与分析结果为砂轮架的进一步分析提供了理论依据。
The Grinding wheel rack is used as the part of gear grinding machine, the grinding finish depends directly on its dynamic performance. This paper uses ANSYS14.0 software to eatablish the internal grinding wheel model of the gear grinding machine, does the dynamic analysis and points out the insufficiencies of its design, and then optimizes its design to ensure the grinding finish and reduce the weight and cost. The theoretical basis is provided for further analysing the grinding wheel rack.
