摘要
根据飞机自动化装配的功能需求,研制了一套基于串并联机构的全自动钻铆系统。基于螺旋理论的分析方法对并联机构进行了自由度分析,证明该钻铆机构能够进行五坐标的调姿运动。在UMAC控制平台的基础上开发了钻铆机控制系统,设计钻铆机的控制软件及用户界面,并进行了实验验证。结果表明该自动钻铆机能实现飞机壁板自动钻铆需求。
According to functional requirements of automatic aircraft assembly, a set of automatic drilling & riveting system is devel-oped based on series-parallel mechanism. The degree of freedom of the parallel mechanism is analyzed based on the method of screw theory, and it demonstrates that the drilling & riveting system can be used to realize 5 coordinates movement. By UMAC con-trol platform, the development of drilling & riveting machine control system and the design of its control software are implemented on the PC machine, and the control system is verified in the experiment. The result shows that the automatic drilling & riveting machine can ment the requirements of automatic drilling and riveting on aircraft panel.
