摘要
针对早高峰期居民会由城市周边涌向城市中心,晚高峰时期相反,具体路段两侧出现交通量严重不均衡的现象,研究了可变车道设计的条件和方法,并以哈尔滨市哈平路及和平路为例,通过实地调研和理论分析,得出了两条路可变车道设置的具体方案,以达到缓解交通拥堵的目的。
In the early peak period residents will be from the city around the city center, late peak period, specific road sections on both sides of the traffic will be a serious imbalance phenomenon. It studies variable lane designing conditions and methods.
