一种兼顾墙体节能改造的框架结构抗震分灾加固方法

On consolidation methods for anti-seismic of the framework integrating with energy-saving reconstruction

以一栋8层混凝土框架结构建筑为例,设计了不入户加固方案,同时进行了墙体节能改造,分析了改造后的抗震性能、节能效果及经济适用性,指出该方案不仅能满足抗震性能要求,还能显著降低空调能耗,具有明显的经济效益。

Taking some eight-story concrete framework structure as the example, the paper designs the non-entry consolidation scheme, under-takes the wall energy-saving reconstruction, analyzes the seismic performance, energy-saving effect and economical adoptability after the recon-struction, and points out the scheme can meet the demands of the anti-seismic performance and lower the air-conditioner energy- consumption, so it has obvious economic benefits.
