摘要
通过研究退火保护气的含氧量、再结晶退火温度、冷加工率和轧辊磨削粗糙度对LED灯引线支架用黄铜带表面质量的影响发现,控制黄铜带材退火保护气的含氧量,可以消除带材表面氧化变色;降低再结晶退火温度,根据成品硬度值要求选择适宜的冷加工率,可以在一定程度上抑制表面脱锌麻坑产生;通过控制轧辊磨削的粗糙度可以在一定程度上控制成品带材表面粗糙度。
According to the study on influence of oxygen content of annealing protecting gas,annealing temperature ofrecrystallization, cold processing ratio and roller grinding roughness on surfacequality of copper strip used as LED liframe, it is found that, surface oxidation discoloration of strip can be removed by controlling oxygen content of protecting gas for brass strip annealing. Lowering recrystallization annealing temperature and choosing right cold processing rahardness of finished products could inhibit the surface dezincification - induced pockmark to some extent. Surface roughness of finished products can be controlled by controlling of roller grinding roughness to some extent.
