摘要
文章简要介绍了超声C扫描系统无损检测的原理,这是一种直观显示锆合金板材内部缺陷的检测方法。通过检测δ≤6mm的不同厚度锆合金薄板,验证该方法在锆合金薄板检测中的实用性。试验表明,水浸式超声检测方法可以检测出δ≤6mm的锆合金薄板缺陷,并且采用C扫描系统可以得到材料中缺陷的位置、形状和尺寸信息。
This paper presents the theory of ultrasonic C-scanning system for nondestructive testing (NDT). It provides a visualized testing method to show the internal defects of zirconium sheet by using ultrasonic C - scanning system. Based on the testing ofδ≤6mm in different thickness sheet,it confirms that this method is practical in the detection of zirconium alloy plate. The experiment shows that the defects of δ≤6mm zirconium alloy sheet can be found by immersion ultrasonic testing method, as well as the position,shape and size of defects.
