摘要
文章从分析CVC辊型曲线的设计原理出发,以板形调控调节能力为目标,提出一种辊型曲线自动设计方法,并与引进的辊型曲线进行验证对比。结果表明,该方法设计的曲线与实际一致,此外又通过有限元仿真验证了该CVC辊型曲线的板形调控能力,该辊型设计方法解决了此型轧机的辊型设计问题。
Based on the analysis of design principle of CVC curve and the target of adjustment ability for the profile control, this paper presents a design method of automatic roll shape curve. And it is verified by the contrast with the roll shape curve which is being used. The results show that this method is consistent with the actual curve,and is feasible through the finite element simulation of plate shape control ability to roll shape curve of the CVC. The design method is useful for solving the problem of this type of roller mill design.
