当前我国农民工就业质量相关社会政策概述

Introduction to the Social Policies Relevant to the Job Quality of Rural-Urban Migrant Workers in China

党和国家目前高度重视农民工的就业质量,现行社会政策也涉及相应内容,但学界关于该领域社会政策专题研究仍不多见。本文首先对农民工就业质量相关社会政策进行定位;其次,较为系统地梳理与介绍相关社会政策及相应内容;最后,建议从丰富政策内容、加强政策刚性、提高违法成本、提升立法层次和一体化程度等方面进一步改善现行相关社会政策。

Although the job quality of rural-urban migrant workers attracts much more attention of the [＇arty and the state and this issue has been covered by present social policies, there is little research focus on this social policy field. This article locate the field of the policies first, and then systematicaly introduce related policies and relevant contents. In the last part, we offer some suggestions to improve the policies by enriching the content, enhance the rigidity, increasing the cost, and improving the level of legislation and integration.
