煤气加压机变工况条件下的仿真研究

Simulated Study of Gas Pressure Booster under Varying Operation Conditions

通过建立离心式煤气加压机的功耗及升压模型,模拟并分析了进口压力、进口温度、流量变化时的功耗或升压值的变化,对定出口压力的最大流量及最小流量进行了分析,为企业正常生产运行或工程设计计算提供参考。

This paper simulated and analyzed the changes of power consumption and boosting pressure value at varing inlet pressure,inlet temperature and flow rate through modeling these parameters of centrifugal gas-pressurized ventilator.The maximum and minimum flow in constant exit pressure was also analyzed.It can provide some references for normal production of enterprises or relevant engineering design.
