摘要 先从包钢动供总厂稀土钢作业部目前煤气平衡现状入手,就解决焦炉煤气大量放散,而高炉煤气又存在缺口导致CCPP机组无法实现满负荷运行,严重影响整体经济效益的问题提出方案。对改造项目投资和改造后能产生的经济效益进行了测算,并就项目实施中的注意事项逐一给予了说明。最后,通过项目实施效果总结了设备改造经验,完善了节能减排工作思路。 Starting with the current gas balance condition in the rare earth steel operation area of Baosteel power plant,a solution program was put forward for the problem of poor economic performance caused by failure of the CCPP unit to achieve full load operation due to large coking gas bleeding volume and a shortage of blast furnace gas.The economic benefit after completion of the transformation project was calculated while attention points in project implementation were explained one by one.Finally,the experience in equipment transformation was summarized through implementation result and work concept for energy saving and emission reduction was perfected.
