摘要
对于宝钢八钢公司炼钢转炉除尘循环水系统,从水质净化和水质稳定技术的反应机理出发,通过药剂配方筛选方案的实验,进而研究适合其循环水系统的水质处理技术。在实验过程中,充分考虑了多方面的影响因素,力求在实际运行中能达到良好的处理效果,为转炉除尘的连续稳定工作创造条件。
Through experiments on chemical formula selection program, water treatmenttechnology suitable for the converter circulating water system of Bayi Steel group was studiedaccording to the reaction theory of water quality purifying and stabilizing technology. Duringexperiments various influencing factors were considered to achieve good effect in practical operation and create conditions for continuous stable operation of converter dust removal.
