随着经济全球化的不断深入,技术创新成为了企业取得核心竞争力,降低成本,扩大收入来源和盈利空间的重要途径,企业也因此加大了对研发投资的力度。但是研发投资活动具有高成本、长周期且收益不确定的特性,给企业带来高收益的同时也存在高风险。因此,企业在进行研发活动的时候应加强风险防范,重视研发投资成效。

Technological innovation is an important way to reduce costs and to expand sources of revenue and profit. As a result, the enterprise increased investment in research and development. However, the R＆D investment activities are with characteristics of high costs, long periods and uncertain earnings. It is highly profitable, but also high risk to the enterprises.
