大学生村官在农村基层社会管理中的作用研究

A Study on the Role of College Student Village Officials in Rural Grassroots Social Management

从分析十六大以来我国社会管理现状出发,梳理我国政府在创新社会管理过程中采取的措施与取得的成绩,分析现阶段存在的问题,探寻大学生村官参与农村基层社会管理、创新管理方式与内容的线路,为大学生村官的管、培、育、用提供借鉴。

Based on the analysis of the present situation of social management in China since the 16th National Congress of the CPC, this paper analyzes the problems and achievements of the government in the process of innovation and social management, analyzes the problems existing at the present stage, and explores the way and content of participation of college students in rural grassroots social management and innovation management, so as to provide reference for the management, training, education and use of college students village officials.
