Game theory has been widely applied to sociology, economics, psychology, and so on. It has become the common paradigm of social behavior analysis. Every link of organization activities contains the basic elements and ideas of the game. Game theory is introduced to organization management, and can provide a new theoretical tool and perspective for the research on organization management,to realize the mathematics and model of organization management research, and improve the pertinence and effectiveness of the management work.
