从土地储备的试点再到土地储备的推广,都已经成为政府为了培育和规范土地市场,对房地产进行宏观调控的一项政策工具。拓展融资渠道,建立多元的土地储备融资机制,降低融资成本和风险,是保证土地储备制度获得可持续发展必须思考的重要解决办法。
From the pilot of land reserve to the promotion of land reserve, it has become a policy tool for the government to make macro-control of real estate in order to cultivate and standardize the land market. Expanding the financing channels and establishing a diversified land reserve financing mechanism to reduce the financing costs and risks is an important solution to ensure that the land reserve system must be considered for sustainable development.
