摘要
土地市场在我国属于新兴市场,很多关于土地的各种交易行为不是非常地合乎规范,在某种程度上来说,使我国的国有土地资产遭受了损失,采取什么对策来使土地市场规范化,合理的处理目前土地市场中所存在的问题,是如今土地管理部门需要考虑的。
The land market is an emerging market in China. Many of the transactions on land are not very standardized. To some extent, the state-owned land assets in China have suffered losses. and the countermeasures have been taken to standardize the land market.What land management departments need to consider is to take measures to standardize the land market and reasonably treat the problems in the land market.
