摘要
分包商管理模式是一个项目管理的顶层结构性设计,直接关系到项目运作的成功与否。由于国际工程具有极强的地域特色,不同区域既有共性更有特性,只有借鉴与创新并举,结合所在市场情况认真研究分析和总结才能有效规避在分包商管理中的误区。本文从分析国际工程项目的现有分包管理模式入手,基于分包商的选择、管理模式及资源整合等方面,结合中东欧的工程市场环境及项目经验,通过对比分析,强调深入了解所在区域的市场环境,因地制宜的属地化管理及资源整合能力在分包商管理过程中的重要作用,提出具有地域特色并适合企业未来发展的分包商管理理念和模式。
The subcontractor management model is a top-level structural design of project management, which is directly related to the success of the project operation. As the international project has a strong regional characteristics, different regions have something in common and also have their own features. Only by combination of reference and innovation, careful study and summary combined with the market situation, can the subcontractor management errors be effectively avoided. Based on the analysis of the existing subcontracting mode of international project, this paper analyzes the engineering market environment and project experience of Central and Eastern Europe based on the choice of subcontractor, management mode and resource integration. Through comparative analysis, the importance of understanding the market environment, localized management and resource integration ability in the subcontractor management process is emphasized. The subcontractor management philosophy and model with geographical characteristics and suitable for the future development is proposed.
