摘要
厌氧发酵罐是一种用来处理餐厨垃圾的无害化装置,为生活物质垃圾的综合高效利用开辟了一条很好的资源化道路。本文对日处理餐厨垃圾300t的厌氧发酵罐焊接安装及其焊后的检验做了研究。主要包括罐体整装的施工要求、罐体材料及焊接材料的选择、罐体组装的一般要求、整个罐体的充水试验和焊缝的技术要求及检验。
Anaerobic fermentation tank is used to deal with food waste harmless treatment, opened a good resource of road for living garbage of a comprehensive and efficient use. In this paper, the research of welding installation and inspection after welding was done on anaerobic fermentation tank which processed eat hutch garbage 300 t per day. It mainly includes construction requirements of tank＇s entirely assembling, the material selection of welding and anaerobic tank, the general requirements of assembly of tank, the tank filling water test and weld technical requirements and testing.
