高校工程管理专业创新型人才培养探究

Research on the Cultivation of Innovative Talents in Engineering Management Specialty in Colleges and Universities

为了满足当今不断发展和进步的科技社会对工程管理创新型人才的紧迫需要,在分析高校工程管理专业现状及创新能力建设与工程管理专业关系的基础上,分别从课程设置不够科学合理,学科内容未能做到与时俱进,教学方式传统老套而忽视学生的学习主体性地位,学生评估体系不够系统全面,实践教学重形式而忽视效果反馈以及师资队伍的专业背景不够合理全面等六个方面指出了影响培养工程管理创新型人才的相关因素,并据此提出了注重互动的场景案例教学、以自觉学习探索为导向的启发式教学、激发学生创造力的标准化实验教学等三个教学改革途径,以期为未来的高校工程管理专业创新型人才的培养提供有一定价值意义的参考。

In order to meet the urgent needs of today＇s scientific and technological society with continuous development and progress on the innovative talents of engineering management specialty, this paper analyzes the current situation of engineering management specialty and the relationship between innovation ability construction and engineering management specialty in the university, based on that, this paper points out the factors affecting cultivating engineering management innovative talents, including, the course installation is not scientific and reasonable, the content of the subject can not be made with the times, the way of teaching is traditional and neglects the students＇ learning subjective status, the student evaluation system is not systematic and comprehensive, the practice teaching focuses on form and neglects the effect feedback, the professional background of the faculty is not reasonable enough, and accordingly puts forward three ways of teaching reform, including, the case teaching focusing on interaction, the heuristic teaching taking conscious learning and exploration as the guidance, and the standardized experimental teaching stimulating students＇ innovation ability, with a view to provide a valuable reference for the future training of innovative talents of engineering management specialty.
