摘要
BIM作为建筑行业信息化发展方向,它已经开始改变了我们获取信息、设计协同、施工协调的方式。设计、施工、运维等相关管理人员可以通过采用BIM方法与其他专业工程进行设计协同及施工过程协调,最终完成工程项目。论文旨在通过分析BIM国内外背景及近年我国建筑行业对BIM的成功应用案例,找出BIM在我国大中型建筑企业发展过程中面临的问题和适用的应用模式。
BIM, as the development direction of informatization in the construction industry, has begun to change the way of obtaining information, design coordination and construction coordination. Design, construction, operation and maintenance and other relevant management personnel can use BIM method to conduct design collaboration and construction process coordination of other professional engineering and finally complete the project. The paper aims to find out the problems and the suitable application model of BIM in the development process of large and medium-sized construction enterprises in China by analyzing the domestic and foreign background of BIM and the successful application cases of BIM in China＇s construction industry in recent years.
