电子政务绩效评估的研究实践与综述

Research Practices and Reviews of E-government Performance Evaluation

首先对国内外电子政务绩效评价结果进行了总结;相比于国外的研究成果,指出中国电子政务绩效评价研究的不足之处,为进一步提高中国的电子政务绩效评价提供有效的参考;最后提出了在中国如何对电子政务的绩效进行科学客观评价的一些建议。

First of the article, the main research results of e-government performance evaluation at home and abroad was summarized. Compared to the foreign research results it, pointed out the inadequacies of the study of China＇s e-government performance evaluation, which can provide the effective reference to further improve the performance of China e-government evaluation. Finally it put forward some opinions on how to make a scientific, objective evaluation of the performance of E-government in China.
