实施开放式创新是装备制造业企业获取持续市场竞争优势的重要途径。在回顾开放式创新与知识吸收能力等相关理论的基础上,对装备制造业企业开放式创新的知识吸收能力进行了界定,构建了装备制造业企业开放式创新知识吸收能力评价指标体系,并提出可拓评价模型,对开展装备制造业企业开放式创新知识吸收能力的实证研究奠定了重要的理论基础。

Implementing open innovation is an effective way to equipment manufacturing enterprise to gain competitive advantage in the continuous market. In reviewing the theoretical basis of open innovation and knowledge absorption ability, this paper demarcates the knowledge absorptive capability of the equipment manufacturing enterprise with an open innovation perspective. It constructs an evaluation index system of knowledge absorptive capability of equipment manufacturing enterprise with an open innovation perspective, and proposes a model of extension assessment. It lays the important theoretical foundation to the empirical research on the knowledge absorptive capability of equipment manufacturing enterprise with an open innovation perspective.
