Contract Management of EPC General Contractor Based on the Hall's Three-dimensions Structure

EPC工程中总承包商作为除建设方外的主要责任方参与整个工程的设计、采购、施工、维护等阶段,需要签订设备材料采购、施工分包、设计分包、检测、租赁等各类型的合同,承担着工期、质量、安全、费用等多项风险,系统而有效的合同管理工作对总承包商而言极为重要。本文基于霍尔三维结构,从时间维、逻辑维、知识维三个角度梳理EPC工程中总承包商合同管理的要点,从而在一定程度上达到指导具体项目合同管理实务工作的效果。

The general contractor of the EPC project is involved in the design, procurement, construction and maintenance of the whole project as the main responsibility party other than the construction party. It is necessary to sign a large number of contracts involving the equipment materials procurement, construction subcontracting, design subcontracting, testing, leasing and so on. So the general contractor takes the responsibility for the duration, quality, safety, cost and many other risks of the project. And the systematic and effective contract management is very important for the general contractor. Based on the Hall＇s three-dimensions structure, this paper combs the main points of general contractor＇s contract management in EPC project from three dimensions： time, logical and knowledge and consequently achieves the effect of guiding the specific project contract management practice.
