Taking Xinzhuang Extra Large Bridge of Huali Expressway as an example, this p aper analyzes the construction difficulties of concrete pumping, pipe arrangement and water-washing of high-pier bridge, and puts forward the concrete method of selecting and setting concrete pump, and proposes detailed construction measures of pipe arrangement, pumping, pipe washing and other key operations and the requirements of concrete materials. The practice shows that the concrete pumping construction scheme is efficient and feasible, and it can meet the construction demand of high-pier bridge with long-distance and large height difference.
