摘要 铝合金零件是工业中应用最广泛的一类有色金属结构材料,其特性是重量轻、比重小、强度较高、导电导热性好、抗腐蚀好。在航空、航天、汽车、机械制造、船舶及化学工业中已大量应用。但铝合金材料的薄壁零件在加工中存在容易变形的问题,现根据具体薄壁铝合金零件的性能及结构特点,制定出合理的工艺方案,进行数控编程,从而完成铝合金薄壁零件加工。 Aluminum alloy parts are the most widely used n on-ferrous metal structural materials in industry. They are characterized by light weight, small specific gravity, high strength, good thermal conductivity and good corrosion resistance, and are widely used in aviation, aerospace, automotive, machinery manufacturing, shipbuilding and chemical industry. How, ever, thin-w,alled aluminum alloy parts are easy to deform in the processing. In this paper, according to the specific characteristics and structural characteristics of thin-walled aluminum alloy parts, a reasonable process program is developed, and NC programming is carried out, to complete the aluminum thin -walled parts processing.
