Problems and Suggestions on the Stay-in-Shenyang Employment of College Graduates

本文针对目前高校毕业生留沈就业存在的问题及建议进行研究,就目前制约高校毕业生留沈就业的教育体制改革、地区发展差异、毕业生创业类型划分、毕业生创业风险承担能力等一系列因素进行分析,根据目前高校毕业生留沈就业现状,从高校毕业生留沈就业基本政策和监督体系建设、为高校毕业生留沈就业提供创业绿色通道、加强高校毕业生创业类型划分等多个角度,提出改善高校毕业生留沈就业的相关意见与建议。

This paper studies the existing problems of college g raduates＇ s tay -in-Sh en y an g employment and puts forward suggestions. It analyzes the reform of educational system restricting the stay-in-Shenyang employment, the difference of regional development, the division of graduates＇ types of entrepreneurship, the risk of graduate entrepreneurship and so on. According to the current status of college graduates＇ stay-in-Shenyang employment, relevant opinions and suggestions to improve the employment of college graduates are put forward from the basic policies and supervision system construction, green channel for entrepreneurship, strengthening the college graduates entrepreneurial type division and so on.
