摘要 从我国社会主义市场经济体制确立以来,市场经济快速增长,城市现代化建设步伐加快,工程建设规模和数量不断增长,新时期如何有效做好建筑土建工程管理工作显得尤为关键。土建工程作为建筑工程中重要的组成部分,其施工质量高低将直接影响到工程整体的质量问题,而在当前新技术、新材料和新工艺的广泛应用,致使土建工程施工内容变得愈加复杂,施工难度大大提升,资源和能源消耗量也随之提高。在当前可持续化发展的战略背景下,建筑行业作为能源消耗大户,应当运用节能施工技术,顺应时代发展的要求势在必行,有效地降低能源消耗,提升资源利用效率,创造更大的经济效益和社会效益。本文主要就以节能施工技术在建筑土建工程中的应用进行分析,结合实际情况,客观地阐述施工技术要点。 Since the establishment of China's socialist market economy system, the market economy has got a rapid development, the city has accelerated the pace of modernization, the construction scale and number of projects is growing. In the new period how to effectively manage the work of civil engineering construction is particularly critical. Civil engineering is an important part of the construction project, and its constmction quality will directly affect the whole project quality, while the current widely used new technology, new materials and new technology cause that the construction of civil engineering becomes more and more complicated, construction difficulty is greatly enhanced, and the consumption of resources and energy will increase. In the strategic background of the sustainable development, constmction industry, as a large energy consumption, should use energy-saving construction technology, comply with the requirements of the development of the times, effectively reduce energy consumption, improve resource utilization efficiency, so as to create greater economic benefits and social benefits. In this paper, the application of energy-saving construction technology in the construction of civil engineering is analyzed, and combined with the actual situation, the construction technology points are described objectively.
