针对地方高等院校的机械类专业,制定及优化教学培养体制。人才培养方案以培养高等院校机械类专业学生综合能力为核心思想,全方位考虑进行课程的设计,以达到地方办学定位的需求。从学校的类型、学校的层次、与培养出的人才将要服务面向这三个角度考虑进行培养体制的制定与优化。就制定地方本科院校机械类专业人才培养方案的理念、原则、程序和优化策略等问题进行论述,对我国地方本科院校机械类专业的教学改革和人才培养有所启发作用。

To improve the teaching and training system for the mechanical specialty in local colleges and universities. Personnel training program is to cultivate the comprehensive ability of college students majoring in mechanical engineering as the core idea, all-round considerate curriculum design, in order to meet the needs of the orientation of local school running. From three aspects of the type of school, the level of the school, and what the personnel will serve, to consider the development and optimization of the training system. It is to discuss the concept, the principle, the procedure and optimization strategies of mechanical specialty talent training system in local colleges and universities, which has an enlightenment on teaching reform and talent training.
