经济新常态下高职教育校企合作深度拓展研究

Research on the Depth Development of School-Enterprise Cooperation in Higher Vocational Education under China's New Normal

习近平总书记在2014年中央经济工作会议上的重要讲话中科学阐释了我国经济发展新常态,这意味着中国经济已进入一个与过去30多年高速增长期不同的新阶段。在经济新常态下,技术进步和产业转型升级使一线劳动者内涵发生深刻变化,迫切需要职业教育培养的人才向中高端发展。高职教育是以高层次技术技能人才服务国家经济转型升级的主阵地,进一步深化产教融合是高职教育培养高技能人才的关键。因此经济发展新常态对高职教育"校企合作、工学结合"提出了新的要求,深度拓展校企合作势在必行。

The new normal of China＇s economic development has been explained by general secretary Xi Jinping in an important speech at the 2014 central economic work conference, and it means that China＇s economy has entered a new stage which is different fromthe rapid grow,th stage in the past 30 years. In China＇s new, normal, technological progress and industrial transformation and upgrading haschange the connotation of front-line workers greatly, so there is an urgent need for talents trained by vocational education developing to the high-end. Higher vocational education is the main position for high-level technical talents to serve the transformation and upgrading of the national economy, and further deepening the integration of production and education is the key to training highly skilled personnel in higher vocational education. Therefore, China＇s new,normal has put forward new,requirements for higher vocational education ＂school-enterprise cooperation and work-study combination＂, and it is imperative to develop school-enterprise cooperation in depth.
