以在建的某框架结构基础为工程背景,结合工程项目特点和难点,介绍了改扩建工程基础的施工方法。采用了土钉墙基坑支护技术和夯扩水泥土桩地基处理技术,对基坑起到了很好的加固作用,即降低了对周围建筑物的影响,同时施工简单,施工速度快,成本较低。

Under the background of a construction framework foundation, combined with the project characteristics and difficulties, this paper introduces construction method of expansion project foundation. The foundation pit support technology of soil nailing wall and foundation treatment technology of rammed expanded cement soil pile are used, which has a good reinforcing effect on the foundation pit, reducing the influence to the surrounding buildings. At the same time, there are advantages of simple construction, fast construction speed and low cost.
