对于建筑工程项目来说,工程造价管控是整个项目进行中非常关键的部分,这是由于工程造价的合理管控能够最大限度地降低项目成本,提升项目利润。全过程跟踪审计就是发挥工程造价管控作用的主要手段之一,而且全过程跟踪审计还兼具发现问题并解决问题的功能,但是目前来看,我国建筑工程项目的全过程跟踪审计仍然存在一系列问题,本文正是就这些问题提出了具体的解决措施。

For the construction project, project cost control is the very important part of the whole project, and this is because the reasonable control of project cost can reduce project cost to the utmost, and improve project profits. The whole process tracking audit is one of the main means of project cost control, and also has the functions of finding and solving problems. But at present, the whole process tracking audit of construction project in China still has a series of problems, and this paper puts forward specific measures to resolve these problems.
