近年来,民营建筑企业的发展趋势一直良好,但随着时间推移,民营企业的老一辈技术人才及管理人才逐步退出市场,新生代的技术人员及管理人员的接班工作显得尤其重要。民营企业不同于国有企业,并没有建立有良好的长远运营制度,民营企业的法人或经理直接决定着企业的兴衰,良好的适合民营企业的人才储备方式必将影响企业的发展。本论述方案从企业技术人员的选定、企业发展的需求、企业的现状分析、人才储备的管理方式等方面综合论述了企业技术人才的储备方式。
In recent years, the development trend of private construction enterprises have been good, but as time goes on, the older generation of technical personnel and management personnel gradually withdraw from the market, the new generation's succession is especially important. The private enterprises are different from state-owned enterprises, and have not established a good long-term operating system. The private enterprise legal person or the manager directly determines the rise and decline of enterprises, and good talent reserves for private enterprises will affect the development of enterprises.
