摘要
直接维修成本(DMC)是飞机设计的重要参数,其中计划维修成本更是能直接反映飞机维修性设计的好坏,笔者通过对比不同DMC计算方法,结合民用飞机研制阶段特点,选取了对于参数变化影响最大的因素进行了重点分析。并结合算例,通过回归分析方法,对该因素对计划维修成本的影响的灵敏度进行了定量分析和变化趋势的预测。
Direct maintenance cost(DMC) is an important parameter during aircraft design. The scheduled maintenance cost could reflect the quality of aircraft maintenance design directly. By comparing the different DMC calculation methods and considering the features of civil aircraft development, the most influential factors are analyzed. Combined with an example, through regression analysis, the quantitative effectiveness analysis of the factors sensitivity to the scheduled maintenance cost is provided and the trend of change is forecasted.
