Analysis of the Training Methods of Table Tennis Players' Psychological Quality from the Perspective of Actual Competition

乒乓球竞赛作为一项隔网对抗类的运动项目,球员的临场发挥需要高超的技术与强大的心理素质为基础。因此,加大对乒乓球球员的竞赛心理训练,有着非常重要的实践意义。基于此,本文结合乒乓球运动训练实际,就竞赛心理训练的重要性、竞赛心理训练的策略展开了研究。

Table tennis competition is a kind of net separated sport item, and the player＇s performance need for superb technology and strong psychological quality. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to increase the psychological training of table tennis players. Based on this, in this paper, combined with the practice of table tennis training, the importance and strategy of competition psychological training is studied.
