摘要 黏/滑一直是钻井行业面临的主要挑战为了减缓黏/滑研发了PDC钻头自调节切削深度(DOC)控制技术。采用该技术在不断变化的钻井环境中可动态调节PDC钻头的切削深度,避免或减缓振动,减轻钻头或BHA组件的损坏程度,实现安全高效钻井。阐述了自调节DOC控制机构及其控制原理,对自调节切削深度控制技术分别在实验室和现场进行测试,测试结果表明:在极慢和极快的时间内,自调节DOC控制钻头能够以预期的方式响应;与标准PDC钻头和固定式DOC控制钻头相比,自调节DOC控制钻头的性能明显提高,能进一步拓宽稳定作业窗口,降低黏/滑发生概率和作业成本。研究结果可推动我国钻头技术的发展。 Stick/slip has always been a major challenge for the drilling industry. In view of this,a self-adjusting depth-of-cut( DOC) control technology has been developed. Based on the technology,the depth-of-cut of PDC bit can be dynamically adjusted in the changing drilling environment to eliminate or reduce vibration,so as to reduce the damage degree of the drill bit or BHA component,thus achieving safe and efficient drilling. The self-adjusting DOC control mechanism and its control principle has been described. The self-adjusting DOC control technology has been tested in the laboratory and on-site. The test results show that the self-adjusting DOC control bit can respond as expected in extremely slow and extremely fast time. The performance of the self-adjusting DOC control bit is significantly improved compared with the standard PDC bit and the fixed DOC control bit,which could further widen the stable operation window,reduce the probability of stick/slip and reduce the operating cost. The research results could promote the development of China's drill bit technology.
