安83水平井智能分段注水工艺研究与试验 被引量:7

摘要 目前国内水平井注水技术仍处于探索阶段,尚存在一些技术问题,如水平段封隔器密封性能有待提高,配套测调工艺成本还需控制以及需降低后期起管柱遇阻风险等。为此,在充分借鉴国内外油田水平井分段注水技术的基础上,开发了水平井智能配水器和注水封隔器等关键工具及配套仪器,形成了水平井智能分段注水工艺技术,并在安83水平井开展了2段智能分注先导性试验。室内和现场试验结果表明:该技术工艺可靠,智能配水器和注水封隔器密封性能良好,满足致密油吞吐要求。研究结果可为提高安83区块致密油的开发效率提供参考。 The domestic horizontal hole water injection technology is still in the exploratory stage. There still remain some technical issues to be addressed,such as the sealing performance of the packer for horizontal section remains to be improved,the cost of the supporting measurement and adjustment technology need to be reduced,and the risk of pipe sticking during running out of hole at the late stage has to be eliminated. In view of this,based on referencing the domestic and foreign horizontal well separate section water injection technologies,the key tools like horizontal well intelligent water distributor,water injection packer and supporting equipment have been developed,thereby the horizontal well intelligent separate section water injection technology is presented. Pilot test has carried out at the horizontal well of Well An 83 to complete a 2-stage intelligent water injection operation. Indoor and field test results show that,the technology is reliable,with good sealing performance of intelligent water distributor and water injection packer,meeting the requirements of tight oil production.
