摘要
Notch家族是一组进化上十分保守的跨膜蛋白,广泛存在于多种脊椎动物和无脊椎动物中,在胚胎形成、细胞增殖、凋亡、免疫细胞分化及其功能调节等方面均发挥重要的作用。Th17细胞为不同于Th1、Th2细胞的新型CD4^+T细胞亚群,通过分泌IL-17A、IL-17F、IL-21和IL-22等多种细胞因子在哮喘、风湿性关节炎、系统性红斑狼疮、恶性肿瘤等疾病中发挥着重要作用。文章重点对Notch信号通道调控Th17细胞的研究进展进行综述。
The evolutionarily conserved Notch family widely exists in vertebrates and invertebrates and plays crucial roles in several biological processes such as embryogenesis, cell proliferation, apoptosis, as well as the differentiation and function of immune cell. Being different from Thl and Th2 cell subsets, Th17 cells are new subset of CD4+ T cells and can secrete many kinds of cyto- kines, such as IL-17, IL-17F, IL-21 and IL-22. Recently, Th17 cells are considered to play important roles in asthma, rheumatic ar- thritis, systemic lupus erythematosus and malignant tumor. This review focuses on the research progress of Notch signaling pathway and its regulatory roles on Th17 cells.
