College culture is the soul of management, playing an important role in political orientation, talents education, spirits inspiration, ability cultivation, strengths integration. Family culture construction is the core task of trade union, an important part of college culture. It is necessary to enhance the vocational ability, improve the institutions, strengthen the characteriscs, which will unite the staff, promote positive energy, inspire the passion for teaching, scientific research, accelerate the development of schools.
