摘要
建立了某轿车白车身有限元模型,通过对比试验和仿真计算的模态结果验证了模型,计算了车身轻量化系数,对车身所有钣金件,基于模态和刚度灵敏度分析结果,制定轻量化方案.结果表明,轻量化方案在保证车身主要性能的同时,有效的减轻了车身重量.
The finite element model of a car body-in-white (BIW) is established, and the model is verified by comparing with the results from the experiment and the simulation. A lightweight coefficient of the body is computerized. Based the results of the sensitivity analysis for the mode and stiffness, a lightweight scheme is formulated for all sheet metal parts. The result indicates that the designed scheme reduces effectively the weight of the body with the main performance unchanged.
