现场学习理论视阈下高校教师教育者专业发展初探 被引量:2

A Research on the Professional Development of Teacher Trainers at Universities from the Perspective of On-the-Spot Learning Theory

摘要 现场学习已然成为中小学教师专业发展的重要路径。面对由于现场学习知识缺乏而导致的话语危机,高校教师教育者应积极面对中小学教育实践现场,在现场学习中与学习者共同成长,由传统的教育理论传授者转变为现场专业学习的指导者。 On-the-spot learning has become an important method for professional development of teach ers in primary and middle schools. Faced with speech crisis due to the lack of on-the-spot knowledge, teacher trainers in higher education institutions should engage themselves in practical teaching in primary and middle schools, seek mutual growth with learners, and thus transform themselves from traditional knowledge imparters to on-the-spot learning instructors.
