“血-脉-心-神”共调理念在冠心病治疗中的阐释

Concept of Co-regulating of Blood-vessel-heart-Shen in the Treatment of Coronary Heart Disease

冠心病是一种多因性、复杂性疾病,单靶点的治疗虽能够在一定程度上改善某些替代指标,如狭窄的解除、斑块的稳定及脂质水平的降低等,但始终存在着指标改善与临床缺血症状及终点心血管事件风险不同步的矛盾。究其原因,在于对疾病认识和治疗观的割裂现象,常常陷入"重结构,轻功能""重形病,轻神变"的误区,把冠心病看成简单的"血管-血液"病变,而忽略了"血-脉""心-神""神-脉"间的复杂关系,故笔者拟从"血-脉-心-神"共病共调的整体观认识来阐释中医药治疗冠心病可能起效的机制。

Coronary heart disease （CHD） is a kind of muhifactorial disease, single target treatment can improve some alternative indicators such as stenosis elimination, plaque stabilization and lipid lowering, but there used to be contradiction between the target improvement and ischemic symptoms or the risk of cardiovascular events. The reason lies on the split phenomenon, both in pathogenesis and in treatment, always getting trapped in ＂ Paying attention to the structure while ignoring the function focusing on body complaint while underestimating the spirits discomfort＂. Namely, putting the coronary heart disease simply as ＂blood vessels-blood＂lesion, but overlooking the complicated dependence of ＂blood-pulse＂ ＂heart-spirit＂＂spirit-pulse＂. So this essay would to interpretate the effective mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine from the cognition of co-regulating the ＂blood-pulse-heart-spirit＂ for CHD treatment.
