摘要
目的:探讨中药对肥胖相关性肾病患者胰岛素抵抗及血尿酸水平的影响。方法:选取115例ORG患者分成治疗组及对照组,2组均进行药物、饮食及运动疗法,治疗组加服中药治疗1个月,记录治疗前后各项指标进行统计学分析。结果:总有效率治疗组优于对照组。2组干预1个月后体质量、腰围、体质量指数、血糖、空腹胰岛素、胰岛素抵抗指数及血尿素水平均下降,与治疗前比较差异有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组。2组血液流变学指标较治疗前均有改善,差异有统计学意义,治疗组优于对照组。结论:ORG患者采用中药治疗可降低胰岛素抵抗指数及血尿酸水平,降低血脂、血压、血糖及体质量。
Objective: To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on insulin resistance and serum uric acid levels in patients with obesity related nephropathy. Methods: 115 cases of ORG patients were divided into treatment group and control group,treatment group and control group are treated by drugs, diet and exercise therapy for 1 months. The experimental group was treated with oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine. Record the indexes before and after treatment. The data of two groups were statistically analyzed. Results: The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group. After 1 month of intervention, body weight, waist circumference, BMI, blood glucose, fasting insulin, insulin resistance and blood urea levels were significantly decreased in both two groups, there was statistical significance before and after treatment, and all the indexes of the treatment group compared with the control group, the differences were statistically significant, and there was statistical significance before and after treatment, and all the indexes of the treatment group compared with the control group, the differences were statistically significant. The treatment group in improving blood rheology was significantly better than the control group. Conclusion: In ORG patients treated by Chinese medicine intervention, insulin resistance index and blood uric acid levels were significantly decreased, weight,blood glucose ,blood lipid and blood pressure also decreased, the effect was better than the control group.
