Study on Medication Laws of Professor Li Dian-gui In Treating Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

目的:分析探讨李佃贵教授治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的用药规律。方法:收集其门诊治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的治验处方120首,将方药信息录入中医传承辅助平台,采用关联规则、复杂系统熵聚类等数据挖掘方法分析处方用药及方剂配伍规律。结果:经分析得出出现频次在15次以上的药物有40味,主要有黄芩、半夏、柴胡、竹茹等,药性多苦、辛、寒,主归胃、脾、肝经,得出药物核心组合22个,新方10首。结论:通过中医传承辅助平台,探索其治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎以清热利湿、化浊解毒为根本大法,辅以化痰、散瘀、通滞之品,配伍主次分明、多管齐下,总结出其常用药物组合的特点,归纳出用药以攻毒同时给邪以出路、针对病症特点巧用矿石介类药物两大突出特色。

Objective： To investigate medication laws of Professor LI Dian-gui in the treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis （CAG） , based on TCM inheritance system （V2.5）. Methods： 120 Effective prescriptions in treating CAG by Professor Li were collected and inputted into TCM inheritance system（ V2.5 ）. Medication laws and combination regularities were explored and analyzed with the application of Data Mining, such as association rules, Clustering Algorithm, etc. Results Drugs of 120 prescriptions were involved in the study, and 40 of them, like Radix Scutellariae, Rhizoma Pinelliae, Radix Bupleuri, Caulis Bambusae In Taenia, had the frequency of more than 15. The majority of commonly-used drugs was bitter, pungent and cold in nature and related to stomach, spleen and liver meridians. 22 key medicine matches and l0 new formulas were discovered. Conclusion： With the help of TCM inheritance system, the main therapeutic principle of ＂Clearing Heat and Expelling Dampness, Resolving Turbidity and Removing Toxin＂ has been explored in treating CAG by Professor LI Dian-gui, with drugs that possessing the characters eliminating phlegm, dissipating stasis and freeing stagnation serving as assistants. ＂Creating exits for devils＂ and application of animal, mineral and shell drugs should be viewed as two major characters in treating CAG by Professor Li Dian-gui.
