随着网络舆论监督与反腐倡廉的形势发展,相关部门对网络监督的态度实现了从消极到积极的转变,国内网络监督格局也逐渐实现了从民间主导到官方主导的转变。网络舆论监督具有主体多元、全天候与全方位、快捷高效、安全廉价等优势,有助于促进对违纪违法案件的查办,增强反腐倡廉积极主动性与公职人员廉洁自律自觉性,有助于开辟党风廉政建设新渠道新局面;但也存在不实举报、非理性言论、放大腐败严峻形势等突出问题。新时期有效运用网络监督助推党风廉政建设,既要增强监督意识,尊重与保障民众监督权,有效汲取网络舆论监督力量,也要运用网络技术推进权力公开与政治透明,加强网络舆论监督平台建设,还要把网络舆论监督置于权力监督体系中系统思考。
