摘要
目的:测算广东省公立专科医院与民营专科医院运营效率。方法:运用DEA的Malmquist指数模型对2010—2015年广东省公立专科医院与民营专科医院运营效率进行分析。结果:2010—2015年广东省专科医院整体运营效率处于偏低状态;公立专科医院运营效率优于民营专科医院运营效率。结论:医疗卫生改革政策应当重视专科医院建设,民营专科医院是"精而专"的专科医院发展的聚宝盆。
Objective： To analyze the operational efficiency of public specialized hospitals and private specialized hospitals in Guangdong. Methods： Using the Malmquist index model of DEA to analyze operational efficiency of public specialized hospitals and private specialized hospitals in Guangdong from 2010 to 2015. Results： From 2010 to 2015, the overall operation efficiency of specialized hospitals were in low condition; the operational efficiency of public specialized hospitals was better than private specialized hospitals. Conclusion： Medical and health reform policy should attach great importance to the construction of specialized subject hospitals. Private specialized hospital was the cornucopia of hospital development which needed accurate and professional.
