煤矿乏风瓦斯变压吸附仿真参数实验研究

摘要 以实验室搭建的双塔变压吸附装置为基础,以Aspen Adsorption为操作平台,通过拟合相关参数,搭建了变压吸附装置富集分离煤矿乏风瓦斯的仿真模型,探究原料气浓度、吸附压力对解吸气甲烷浓度的影响。 The experiment of pressure swing pressure process was carried out on double towers bulit by laboratory, and the Aspen Adsorption was the simulate softwore. The desorbed methane concentration was studied by altering the feed concentration, the adsorbed pressure. The results of simulation and experiment are broadly in line.
