摘要
利用正交试验探究甲烷氧化菌降解煤吸附瓦斯的影响因素并优化其条件。试验结果表明:在试验范围内,氧气与甲烷体积比为最大的影响因素,其次为菌液量、p H值和时间,最优组合为氧气与甲烷体积比为1∶1、p H值为7、时间为5 d、菌液量为15 m L;甲烷降解率最高为35.47%。
Explores the factors affecting the adsorption of gas in coal by methonotrophs. The experimental results showed that the volume ratio of oxygen and methane was the biggest influence factors. Followed by the liquid volume, pH and time,the optimal combination of oxygen and methane volume ratio of 1:1, pH is 7 ,time for 5 days, the liquid amount of 15 mL. The highest degradation rate of methane was 35.47%.
